Where is Lilla North based?
Lilla North is a small, family-run brand created by a Swedish family living in Spain, inspired by Scandinavian design and calm, thoughtfully curated spaces for children.

Who is behind Lilla North?
Lilla North is a family studio founded with a deep love for design, storytelling and gentle, meaningful spaces for children. Every part of the brand is shaped by personal vision, care and attention to detail.

Where do your products come from?
Our own Lilla North Collections are our original designs, brought to life in collaboration with carefully selected production partners who meet our standards for quality, craftsmanship and materials. All our products are made-to-order as part of a more considered approach to sustainable manufacturing.

Alongside this, we curate a thoughtful selection of pieces from independent brands and makers whose values and aesthetic align with ours. This allows us to offer a harmonious mix of our own designs and hand-picked pieces from others, all gathered in one curated, design-led online boutique.

What are Lilla North Originals?
Lilla North Originals are items designed by us (all designs are handmade by us!) and created in collaboration with trusted production partners. These pieces reflect our aesthetic and values and remain the intellectual property of Lilla North.

Who are your partner brands and makers?
Alongside our own Lilla North Originals, we collaborate with a carefully selected group of independent brands and makers whose values, craftsmanship and aesthetic align with ours. These partners are chosen for their quality, thoughtful processes and shared love for design-led, calm spaces for children. Each piece is selected with the same care and intention as our own designs.

How do you choose the products you curate?
We are very selective with the pieces we include in our shop. Every product is chosen for its form, materials and ability to contribute to a gentle, beautiful environment for children and their families. We only collaborate with partners we truly admire and trust, those whose work we would proudly place in our own homes.

Are your products made sustainably?
We believe in thoughtful creation rather than mass production. Many of our items are made or sourced upon order, helping to reduce unnecessary waste and overproduction. Wherever possible, we work with partners who prioritise responsible materials, quality craftsmanship and more conscious processes.

Are your products toys?
Unless otherwise stated, our products are created as interior décor, clothing or accessories for children. They are not classified as toys and are not intended for unsupervised play.

Do you ship internationally?
We primarily operate within the European Union, where we offer free shipping. We also ship to selected regions outside the EU, including the United States. International shipping rates and availability are always shown at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

All shipping is handled by our trusted production and fulfilment partners. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, however delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, supplier location, local carrier, and seasonal demand. A tracking link will be sent to you as soon as your order has shipped.

EU Estimated Delivery Times by Category:

Posters & art prints: 5–10 business days
Framed prints: 7–12 business days
Clothing & apparel: 8–14 business days
Decoration & Furniture: 8-15 business days

For customers outside the EU, products may be produced and shipped from one of our selected international partner facilities to ensure sustainable delivery.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes of course! Once your order has been produced and handed over to the carrier, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery.
As all orders are fulfilled and shipped by our trusted production and logistics partners, tracking details are provided directly from their system and may vary slightly depending on the carrier used and your location.
If you experience issues with your tracking or delivery, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Will my order arrive in one package?

Depending on the items in your order and where they are fulfilled, your order may arrive in separate parcels. This can happen when products are created or sourced from different partner facilities in order to be produced as efficiently and responsibly as possible. In these cases, each package will be shipped separately, and you will receive individual tracking information for every shipment.

Rest assured that all parts of your order are carefully coordinated and monitored to ensure everything reaches you safely.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible through the contact form below, please make sure to include your order number. Once an order has entered production or fulfilment, it may not always be possible to modify or cancel it, but we will do our best to help.

Do you accept returns?
Returns are accepted on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition. As many of our products are made or sourced specifically for your order, some items are not eligible for return unless they arrive faulty or incorrect. Please contact us before returning anything and we will guide you through the next steps.

What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Can I send an order as a gift?
Yes. Lilla North pieces make beautiful gifts. At the moment, we do not include printed invoices in the packaging and all order communication is handled via email.
